William Yuengel
Principal - D.A.E.P.

Howdy! My name is William Yuengel and I am excited to spend my third year in administration here at DAEP. I have been in education for approximately 15 years serving as an ISS instructor, lead math teacher, instructional coach, and currently as an administrator. I have worked in multiple school districts, but Belton ISD and the students that I serve have captured my heart and have made my career a very rewarding experience. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, consisting of my beautiful wife and our 2 energetic children. I enjoy spending the majority of my free time doing things with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and weight lifting. I am looking forward to meeting with you and developing a plan to best serve the students we share.

Laura Bulls
Assistant Principal & Behavior Coordinator - D.A.E.P.

My name is Laura Bulls, and I am the Assistant Principal here at DAEP. I have worked in Belton ISD since 2018, at both Belton High School and Lake Belton High School, as an English teacher and Varsity Cheerleading coach. I also served as the Department Chair for the English department at LBHS for five years. Prior to my experience in Belton, I worked at Troy High School, where I was born and raised. I am invested in the Belton community, as my husband and I have three children who are students within our district. I was afforded the opportunity to serve as the Interim Assistant Principal at our campus last school year, and I am excited to step into a full-time role this year.

Scott Ivy
Counselor - D.A.E.P.

Counseling allows me to work with students on what is most fundamental to their success in school – their self-esteem, their future goals, their college and career plans, and their overall emotional well-being.  I chose to work at DAEP specifically in order to spend more time with students who may need more attention and encouragement, or who may be struggling in those areas.  My wife is an administrator in Belton, and my children attend Belton schools, so I am invested in my community and in the success of Belton ISD.
